WARRANTY

VOLK Audio warrants Universal-Fit In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Warranty coverage is transferable only with valid proof of purchase from the original owner.

Coverage

This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Failures or malfunctions of internal audio drivers, crossovers, wiring, connectors, or sockets.

  • Structural integrity issues such as shell cracks, splits, or separations not resulting from external impacts or improper handling.

  • Defects in materials adversely affecting acoustic performance or product reliability under normal use.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling, including drops, crushing, or exposure to extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, direct sunlight).

  • Unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, or removal/alteration of the serial number.

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections not impacting product performance.

  • Environmental factors, including liquids, excessive moisture, earwax buildup, sand, dust, chemicals, or strong magnetic fields.

  • Use with unauthorized third-party accessories or components.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

  • Acts of nature, including lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

  • Hearing loss or health-related issues arising from product use.

Warranty claims should be initiated through the authorized dealer or distributor from whom the product was originally purchased as soon as the issue is identified. Proof of original purchase, clearly showing the date, location, and dealer, must be provided. A legible and intact serial number is required for warranty validation. All claims are subject to inspection and approval by VOLK Audio.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact the authorized dealer or distributor directly.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Obtain authorization and shipping instructions for product return.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning products for warranty service. VOLK Audio covers return shipping costs after completing authorized warranty repairs or replacements.

Accessories and Cables

  • Accessories (excluding apparel/promotional items): Covered for 90 days from original delivery date against manufacturing defects.

  • Cables: Covered for 90 days from the original delivery date against manufacturing defects.

Service and Repairs

Repairs performed by VOLK Audio carry a 90-day warranty, limited strictly to the specific repair work performed. Warranty service or product replacement does not extend or reset the original product warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

VOLK Audio’s responsibility under this warranty is exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. VOLK Audio will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
